Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of AI Prompt Studio at prompts.aifrontierinstitute.com, operated by AI Frontier Institute (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

AI Prompt Studio generates AI prompts, code, scripts and AI tool configurations from descriptions you provide. Results are produced by artificial intelligence and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing, testing and deciding how to use any result.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account; sharing accounts is not allowed.

3. Membership and Billing

  • Membership costs $10 per month and renews automatically each month until you cancel.
  • Each billing month includes 20 generations. Unused monthly generations do not roll over.
  • Active members also receive 1 free generation per day.
  • Refill packs (10 generations for $5) are one-time purchases, are available to active members, and do not expire while your account is open.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days notice by email. Changes apply from your next billing date.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime using the Billing button in your account. Your membership stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, then stops renewing. See our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to create malware, phishing or fraud, to impersonate others, to harass anyone, to bypass the safety rules of any AI system, to infringe intellectual property, or for anything illegal. We may refuse requests and suspend accounts that break these rules, without refund.

6. Your Content and Results

You keep ownership of what you type. Subject to these terms and the terms of our AI providers, you may use the results you generate for personal and commercial purposes. Similar results may be generated for other users.

7. Third-Party Services

AI Prompt Studio is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI or Google. Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini are trademarks of their respective owners. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms.

8. No Professional Advice

Results are not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before relying on any result for those purposes.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Changes and Termination

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will notify you by email. We may suspend or end the service or your account if you break these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
