This Privacy Policy explains how AI Frontier Institute collects and uses information when you use AI Prompt Studio at prompts.aifrontierinstitute.com.
Information We Collect
- Account details: your name and email address, and an encrypted password.
- Billing details: handled by Stripe. We receive your Stripe customer ID and subscription status, not your full card number.
- Your requests: the goals you type into the generator, and the settings you choose. We keep a short excerpt of recent requests to improve the service.
- Usage data: how many generations you use, and basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to prevent abuse.
How We Use Information
- To provide the service and generate your results
- To manage your membership, billing and refills
- To prevent fraud and abuse
- To send important account emails (for example receipts and password resets)
- To improve the service
Service Providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the service: Anthropic (your request text is sent to the Claude API to generate results), Stripe (payments), and our web host. We do not sell your personal information.
Please Do Not Enter Sensitive Information
Do not type passwords, financial account numbers, health information or other sensitive personal details into the generator.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to secure your account. Stripe may set cookies during checkout.
Data Retention and Your Choices
We keep account information while your account is open. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing support@aifrontierinstitute.com. Billing records may be kept as required by law.
Children
The service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new date at the top of this page.
